Cruise passengers: transfer between Ezeiza and the Buenos Aires cruise terminal

The Benito Quinquela Martín cruise terminal is in the Retiro area, near downtown, on Avenida Ramón S. Castillo at Avenida de los Inmigrantes. From Ezeiza it is roughly 35 to 40 kilometers, about 50 minutes by car depending on traffic.

Check your embarkation point first

Some cruise lines use a separate check-in venue and move passengers to the terminal by bus. Confirm with your cruise line where you must go and at what time before you book your transfer.

Embarkation day tips

• There is no public parking at the pier, so plan to be dropped off.
• Cruise lines report that there is no luggage storage at the terminal, so time your hotel checkout carefully.
• Keep passports, cruise documents and medication in your hand luggage.
• Give your driver the ship name and your boarding time, and leave a margin for traffic.

Disembarkation day and your flight

Disembarkation times can vary. For an international flight, plan to be at Ezeiza at least 3 hours before departure, and allow for the 50-minute ride plus traffic.
