Arriving at Ezeiza Airport (EZE) step by step
From the aircraft door to your ride: what happens, in order.

Landing at Ezeiza after a long flight is much easier when you know the sequence. Here is what typically happens, in order.
- Leave the aircraft and follow the signs to immigration. Keep your passport and any entry documents at hand, and check the entry requirements for your nationality before you travel.
- Immigration. Queues depend on the time of day and on how many long-haul flights land together, so it can be slow at peak times.
- Baggage claim. Check the screens for the belt assigned to your flight.
- Final luggage scan. Bags are scanned once more before you leave the customs area.
- Arrivals area. You will find official taxi and remis counters, ATMs and free Wi-Fi. This is also where you meet your ride.
- Meet your driver. With a private transfer, your driver waits inside the Arrivals Hall with a sign with your name. A parking fee applies for the Hall pickup. The public bus stop is in the Terminal C area.
How long does it take?
Plan for an hour or more from landing to the exit, and more at busy times. Do not book tight connections or appointments for the first hour after you land.
Tips for a smooth arrival
- Give your flight number when you book a transfer, so the driver can track delays.
- Save your accommodation address on your phone, ideally in Spanish.
- Do not accept rides from people who approach you inside the terminal.
- Ezeiza has Terminals A, B and C. Check your boarding pass or airline for yours.
